Scarce Texas Jack Broadside, for an 1878 performance at the Academy of Music, N.Y. (ed. Probably for a show in Fall River, MA.) A.S. Seer Steam Theatrical Printers, N.Y., 10.5" 29". A fine, early broadside, with TEXAS JACK Hero of the Yellowstone the headliner. Curiously, the sheet also advertises a performance of the Scouts of the Plains. Texas Jack, along with Cody, Hickok and Buntline first performed this drama in 1874, launching the career of Omohundro and Cody.
Condition:Light scattered foxing, folds and 1.5" tear right margin, VG.
